Emilia Bähr

Emilia (she/her) is a Berlin-based intimacy coordinator with a decade-long experience in the world of cinema. Studying cultural sciences has provided her with a deep understanding of human dynamics, relationships, and the impact of storytelling on our society. This knowledge, coupled with her hands-on experience in the film industry, has fueled Emilia’s commitment to promoting a healthy, respectful, and authentic set culture.

Her journey has taken her to work for major movie studios, providing her with a insider's perspective on the industry. This background allows Emilia to navigate the complexities of filmmaking with insight and professionalism. Having worked on many premieres, film festivals, and press tours with international talent, Emilia had the privilege of learning how to balance stressful situations while mediating the needs of talent and team. 

Beyond the role as an Intimacy Coordinator, Emilia is currently training to become a certified sex therapist. This additional expertise allows her to approach intimacy coordination with a holistic perspective, combining emotional well-being with professional guidance. Committed to fostering a supportive environment, Emilia is also a certified mental health first aider.
