Jenefer Odell

Jenefer (she/her) is a London, UK based sex-positive intimacy coordinator whose approach to this work is based on creating a nurturing and collaborative environment. Jenefer operates using the industry standards in IC protocols but does so in an organic way that works for the production, as no two people or productions are the same. Jenefer’s professional background includes choreography, life coaching, production, screenwriting and the creation and co-facilitation of sensual movement workshops. Jenefer is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, an avid supporter of SWARM (Sex Worker Advocacy and Resistance Movement), and a campaigner for the charity Rape Crisis England and Wales. As an intimacy coordinator, Jenefer supports the director’s vision, protects and empowers performers, and honours sex as a powerful storyteller. Some of Jenefer’s intimacy coordinator credits include working on Seasons 2 and 3 of the critically acclaimed Netflix show Sex Education, the upcoming Apple TV+ project The Essex Serpent, and The Fear Index for Sky TV.
