Katherine Kadler, BAScN 

Katherine (she/her) came into the film industry as an actor and quickly diversified into a number of departments before building her Medical Consulting and Technician practice in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Recent credits as a Medical Consultant and Technician include A Million Little Things, Away, Brand New Cherry Flavor, FireFly Lane and The Big Sky (see IMDb  for a full list of credits). Katherine takes time to support independent film projects with LGBTQ2S+ content and has worked behind the scenes with the Vancouver Queer Film Festival in a number of capacities over the years. 

With the onset of the pandemic, Katherine’s nursing & adult education background has supported her work as a COVID-19 Consultant & Supervisor for commercial sets. She is also a co-writer of "Prevention of COVID-19 Transmission: Safety Handbook for Intimacy Professionals,” a document created in association with UBCP/ ACTRA.  She is excited to support both actors and productions as an intimacy coordinator by upholding talent safety standards for scenes of nudity & simulated sex while helping the creative vision be realized.
