Pau Delgado Iglesias

Pau (she/her) is a visual artist, university professor, and columnist based in Montevideo, Uruguay. She holds an MA in Culture Industry from Goldsmiths, University of London and a Diploma in Gender and Public Policies from Universidad de la República, Uruguay. She has been working at the intersection of culture and gender topics for more than 20 years. She also worked as an art director in the film industry for many years, so she knows well the dynamics of working on set. She speaks Spanish, English, French, and understands Portuguese.

In June 2022 she was certified as an intimacy coordinator by the Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA), as part of the first generation of certified intimacy coordinators in Latin America. She has worked as an IC in both unscripted projects (reality shows) and scripted series. She is co-founder of CILA (Coordination of Intimacy Latin America).
